The Fair in Rimini, from 20 to 24 January, will be the stage of innovations in the world of coffee, this will be the 45th edition of the exhibition dedicated to the sweet Italian Exhibition Group Foodservice that will host the championships of SCA Italy and many other unique surprises, including the return of the championship of Ibrik, the famous Turkish coffee!

2024 will see coffee, once again, among the protagonists of the 45th edition of Sigep. This event, dedicated to ice cream, pastry, bakery and chocolate, will welcome interesting news from the world of coffee. Spokesperson for this sector will be SCA Italy, an association committed to supporting the entire supply chain, creating a global community that aims to enhance not only the quality of coffee, but also to maintain high standards of environmental and social sustainability. With over 10,000 authorized members and trainers worldwide, SCA Italy continues to promote and defend the unique value of coffee.

What will the coffee pavilion hold for us at SIGEP 2024?
Among the many novelties is expected the return of the Ibrik Championship, flanked by other important competitions such as the Italian Barista Caffè Championship, the Italian Latte Art Championship, the Brewers Cup, the Italian Cup Tasters Championship, the Italian Coffee Roasting Championship and more. Each competition will allow the finalists to access the World Coffee Events circuit, thus representing Italy in the world.

The Roasting will have a dedicated space, an area designed for you to experience first-hand the art of roasting. Viewers will get involved like never before!
